The loss of a child is the single most devastating loss for any parent to endure and navigate through.  While we are not acquainted, we understand your loss and empathize with those feelings of shock, sadness, and desperation you are feeling.  

We are Warrior Moms of North Atlanta, a bereaved mothers group in the Atlanta area.  We, too, have lost our precious children, to accidents, overdoses, sickness, and suicide.  Some of us are months out from our losses while others are years and decades down the road. Regardless of how our children left this earth or the amount of time that has since passed, we all share a common bond of missing and grieving our children…everyday  We have all stood, where you are standing right now, in your new “normal” in that raw state of grief and confusion trying to figure out how to ever survive the depth of this kind of loss. 

We decided to share our stories of loss and how we have navigated this difficult journey of child loss. We hope to share the message that while you will never get over this type of loss, you will get through this. Cling tight to your child’s memory and one day, you will find that joy can coexist with grief.
