Christi Howard is a proud mom of four — Aybree, Lee, Annie, and sweet Ashley Sue, who tragically passed away at the age of 15 in a boating accident. She and her husband, Terry, have been married for 39 years and currently reside in Roswell, Georgia, where they cherish time spent with their family and friends. Born in Peoria, Illinois, and spending her childhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Christi’s family relocated to Marietta, Georgia, when she was in middle school. As one of four children, she quickly planted roots in Georgia and later earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kennesaw State University....

Ashley was an organ donor, and through this selfless act, she saved the lives of four others. Honoring Ashley’s legacy has become a deep and meaningful purpose in Christi’s life. She speaks on behalf of LifeLink of Georgia, advocating for the importance of organ donation. Christi also serves as a Stephen Minister and Grief Share facilitator at her church, walking alongside others navigating grief. Christi is one of the founders of Warrior Mom's, a support group created to provide comfort, strength, and community to mothers who have experienced the loss of a child.

Professionally, Christi has always been passionate about connecting with and serving others. She devoted much of her career to supporting and growing non-profit organizations, including leading admission efforts for Brandon Hall Boarding School, serving as a program administrator for FaithBridge Foster Care, and supporting advancement and operations for King’s Ridge Christian School.

Building on her foundation of service and connection, Christi now serves as a recruiter for Handler, an executive-retained search firm in Atlanta. In this role, she partners with hiring managers to identify and secure the best candidates for their open roles. By matching top talent with ideal opportunities, Christi continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Outside of work, Christi enjoys staying active with daily walks, Pilates, and gardening. While the beach is her happy place, nothing compares to the joy of spending time with her grandchildren. Whether offering comfort to those grieving, advocating for organ donation, or helping others find their dream careers, Christi’s life is a reflection of her deep faith, love for people, and unwavering commitment to making a difference.
